The shapefile included with the RFP packet is in California State Plane coordinates, but the USGS preferred spatial reference system is UTM. What spatial reference system would you like us to use for the deliverables?

What specific tidal elevation limitations, if any, will you require at the time of coastal data collection?

No requirements. Although would like to discuss at time of collection.

Attachment A-1, Common Options Above Base Specifications vaguely describes a host of optional additional services that might be specified by a client, including two option descriptions that end in "etc...". Can you provide specific options, and the specifications thereof for which you would like pricing?

My understanding of “etc.” in these cases refers to any better specification than listed or any suggestions for improvement of data.

-Please clarify whether the 10 RFP copies required in the RFP are to consist of one “original” with 9 copies or should there be one “original” with 10 copies? Likewise, how many CDs of data samples are required (e.g., one for each proposal document)?
