Monterey Bay Area Receives Regional GHG Target
At the September 23, 2010 California Air Resources Board Meeting, CARB adopted a regional greehouse gas target for the transprotation sector per SB 375 of 0% increase in per capita emissions by 2020, and -5% reduction in per capita emissions by 2035 for the Monterey Bay Area.
