Budget

The AMBAG Board of Directors is responsible for adopting an annual budget prior to the end of each fiscal year. The Board typically adopts the annual budget at their regular meeting in June. Staff regularly monitors the budget. Budget amendments occur on occasion throughout the year. AMBAG is required to adopt and maintain a balanced budget in accordance with the Joint Powers Agreement and By-Laws.

Finance

Day-today AMBAG financial management is the responsibility of the Director of Finance and Administration. AMBAG is responsible for a myriad of reports and accounting requirements due to federal and State funding. AMBAG is required to be audited annually.
